Our precious Jason, also known as Christian, was called home to Jesus on Saturday, July 3, 2010 after drowning at Ft. Gibson Lake. He was born in Tulsa Regional Medical Center on October 21, 2002. Christian was to be a @nd grade student at Ellington Elementary School in Wagoner, Oklahoma where he had many friends and a caring helpful teacher, Ms. Murphy.Christain enjoyed spending time at Keystone Lake with Grandma & Papa Withers swimming, riding on the boat, swinging on the swing set, playing with his matchbox cars, making smores over the campfire, riding his bike & playing on the WiiII. Christian attended Destiny Family Church, 1500 N. Hwy 69, in Wagoner where a memorial fund has been set up to honor Christian. He is survived by his mother, Shari Hall of Wagoner; father, Jason Pankiewicz of California; former step-father, Jonathon Hall of Wagoner; brother, Matthew age 12 and sister, Alexis age 5; grandparents, timothy and Earla Pankiewicz of Kellyville & John and Cathy Withers of Mannford. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who miss him dearly. He is preceded in Heaven by his cousin, Gabriel Michael Decker.Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010 with viewing from 12:00-1:00PM & service at 1:00 PM at Destiny Family Church in Wagoner with a graveside service following at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Angels. In our time of grief, we failed to get the names of everyone involved from the man who pulled Christian out of the water, to the EMT's who tried valiantly to resuscitate him, to the ER Staff at Wagoner General Hospital who did everything possible for 45 minutes, whom we would like to dearly thank.
